Duration
1 week intensive sprint
Year

"Building a tool to showcase the tools I build. Very inception."
About the Client
My professional portfolio site - the foundation for NMO Digital. This rebuild transformed a static portfolio into a dynamic platform with database-driven content, custom CMS, and the conversational writing style that defines my work.
The Project
A comprehensive rebuild of my portfolio website, transforming it from static pages into a dynamic, database-driven platform with custom CMS, conversational content, and engagement tracking.
Case Study
The Challenge
My old portfolio was static. Every update meant editing code, rebuilding, and redeploying. Adding a new project was a chore, so I'd put it off. The site didn't reflect my current work or capabilities.
I needed a platform I could actually maintain—something that would grow with my work instead of gathering dust.
The Solution
I built a complete CMS-powered portfolio that puts content management in my hands.
Public Site Features
- Dynamic project showcase with filtering by type
- Rich project pages with case studies, screenshots, and live previews
- Service offerings clearly presented
- Testimonials section with client feedback
- Contact system with form submissions
- Responsive design with smooth animations
Admin CMS
A full-featured admin panel to manage:
- Projects with rich text case studies
- Services and pricing tiers
- Testimonials
- Blog posts
- Media library
- Site settings
Technical Stack
- Next.js 15 with App Router
- TypeScript throughout
- Tailwind CSS v4 for styling
- NeonDB for PostgreSQL database
- Better Auth for authentication
- Vercel Blob for media storage
- Framer Motion for animations
The Results
I now have a portfolio I actually enjoy updating. Adding new projects takes minutes instead of hours. The CMS means I can iterate on content without touching code.
More importantly, the site now accurately represents what I can build—because it was built with the same tools and care I bring to client projects.
